Crime Detection and Prevention

Crime Prevention Strategies

Here are some additional thoughts on how we can use AI and computer vision to improve crime detection and prevention in New York City:

  • We can use AI to analyze surveillance footage to identify potential threats.
  • We can use AI to develop facial recognition software that can help identify criminals.
  • We can use AI to track the movements of criminals and predict where they might strike next.
  • We can use AI to create virtual maps of crime hotspots so that police can be more effectively deployed.
  • We can use AI to develop educational programs that teach people how to avoid becoming victims of crime.

We can also use cell phone cameras to act as lawyers giving directiobn to NYC on what to do when stopped in a vehicle and provide stickes on the cars gas cap to let everyine know they are part of the program as a detterant so when the vehicle is approached everyone will know they are being recorded and act accordingly cutting down on unessasary shootings and robberies but if it does happen just using their voice they will be able to get advice from an attorney the city appoints creating revebue for the city or an outside agency to facilitate any wrong doing this would operate by using a proprietary swivle to position the cell phone where it needs to be in a 360 degree fashion with audio recording that can take place via voice command so everything can be a hands free experience creating better safer drivers and we can collect driving data as a bonus for the city to use for data analysis on creating safer transportation and understand the driving patterns of new yorkers. this is just to start we can incorporate proprietary city devices with much more capabilites later as upgrades of various cameras with various capabilities such as infa red and other technologies creating a future proof solution.

Here are some additional thoughts on how we can use cell phone cameras to protect people's rights when they are stopped by the police:

  • We can use AI to analyze the audio recordings of police stops to identify potential cases of police misconduct.
  • We can use AI to develop educational programs that teach people how to assert their rights when they are stopped by the police.
  • We can use AI to create virtual maps of police hotspots so that people can avoid being stopped in these areas.
  • We can use AI to develop legal aid programs that provide free legal advice to people who are stopped by the police.
